Ha Tinh Electricity Company is focusing on accelerating the progress of grid investment projects, striving to complete them before November 30, 2023 to increase the reliability of power supply throughout the area.
Taking advantage of favorable weather and clean ground, dozens of workers of Quang Trang Consulting, Design and Construction Company Limited are working overtime to speed up the construction project of two 22kV feeders, lines 471E18.12 and 473E18.12, after the 110kV Hong Linh transformer station. The project has been implemented since mid-September 2023 and has so far achieved about 50% of the workload.

Mr. Nguyen Sy Cuong - construction team leader, Quang Trang Consulting, Design and Construction Company Limited said: "The scale of the project includes the construction of 2 new 22kV feeders with a total length of about 9.7 km with a total investment of 14.92 billion VND. The investor has coordinated with local authorities to deploy necessary tasks, promptly handing over clean land to the construction unit. The project has 160 pole locations passing through a large area, including 5 wards and communes: Thuan Loc, Dau Lieu (Hong Linh Town) and Thanh Loc, Vuong Loc and Khanh Vinh Yen (Can Loc District). Currently, taking advantage of the time when the fields have not entered the planting season, we are mobilizing maximum human resources and means to dig foundations, erect poles, pull wires, install beams... at the locations, striving to complete the project according to the set schedule before November 30, 2023".
At this time, Dat Viet Construction Joint Stock Company is also speeding up the construction project of two 35kV feeders, lines 375 and 377, after the Hong Linh 110kV substation with a total investment of VND 8.5 billion. The scale of the project includes the construction of two new 35kV feeders with a total length of about 3.519 km. Of which, feeder 375 has 0.69 km of underground cable and 0.93 km of overhead cable; feeder 377 has 1.1 km of underground cable and 0.8 km of overhead cable.
To proactively supply power and ensure the load for industrial and residential development in Hong Linh Town and part of Can Loc and Duc Tho districts, the electricity industry has built the Hong Linh 110 kV substation.
According to Mr. Nguyen Thanh Hoa - Head of Investment Management Department, Ha Tinh Electricity Company, currently the power grid of Hong Linh Town is supplied from 3 110 kV substations Can Loc, Linh Cam and Nghi Xuan. To proactively supply power and ensure the load for industrial and residential development in Hong Linh Town and part of Can Loc and Duc Tho districts, the electricity industry has built the 110 kV Hong Linh substation. Therefore, accelerating the project to build 2 22kV feeders, lines 471E18.12 and 473E18.12 after the 110kV Hong Linh substation and the project to build 2 35kV feeders, lines 375 and 377 after the 110kV Hong Linh substation is of great significance, putting the 110 kV Hong Linh substation into operation soon.
Line 471 E18.9 and line 477 E18.1 supply electricity to Cam Xuyen district and Ha Tinh city. These two lines were built and put into operation a long time ago, and at times encountered problems during operation. At the same time, the development of electricity load for daily life, production and business requires the power grid in this area to be upgraded. Accordingly, the project to renovate the 22kV loop between line 471 E18.9 and line 477E18.1 to improve the reliability of power supply has been implemented since the beginning of October 2023.
The representative of the construction unit said that this project has a total investment of 11,307 billion VND. Including renovating 16.9 km of 22kV line, installing an additional set of 22kV LBS load switches at the position of column 153 of the main axis, building a 3G/APN transmission channel to connect the newly installed LBS to the Remote Control Center... To date, the project has completed 30% of the workload and strives to be energized and put into operation before November 30, 2023.

Mr. Nguyen Duy Thang - Deputy Director of Ha Tinh Electricity Company said: "Ha Tinh is currently attracting many large investment projects, leading to an increase in electricity load, therefore, investing in the construction and upgrading of the grid infrastructure in a synchronous and modern direction is an urgent task. Currently, Ha Tinh Electricity Company is implementing 6 investment projects to build the grid system with a total investment of 75,722 billion VND.
These are key projects, when completed and put into use, they will contribute significantly to preventing overload and improving the quality of electricity. The company is actively coordinating with local authorities at all levels and related units to implement solutions so that construction units can soon hand over clean sites. At the same time, we will send staff to closely monitor the site, support and urge contractors to implement the project to ensure the quality and progress assigned.
