At 9:00 a.m., Saigon Jewelry Company and Doji Company both listed the price of SJC gold at 117.7-119.7 million VND/tael. At Phu Quy Company, the price of SJC gold was announced at 117.0-119.7 million VND/tael.
Thus, the price of SJC gold this morning remained stable compared to the closing price of last weekend.
Meanwhile, the price of gold rings was adjusted inconsistently. Specifically, Phu Quy Company listed from 113.6-116.6 million VND/tael (buy/sell), down 100,000 VND/tael, while the price of plain round gold rings of Bao Tin Minh Chau Company was from 114.6-117.6 million VND/tael, up 100,000 VND/tael.
This morning, the world gold price fluctuated around 3,362 USD/ounce, up about 3 USD compared to the same time last session. This price is equivalent to 106.4 million VND/tael when converted according to the USD exchange rate at Vietcombank .
This morning, the State Bank listed the central exchange rate at 25,028 VND/USD, down 3 VND compared to the previous session. With a margin of +/-5%, BIDV and Vietcombank both announced the USD exchange rate from 25,919-26,279 VND/USD, down 3 VND.
Similarly, Vietinbank traded from 25,955-26,279 VND/USD (buy/sell). Agribank traded from 25,949-26,279 VND/USD, down 3 VND./.
