Spice brand Chin-su accompanies the reality TV show Top Chef Vietnam 2023
Vietnamese dishes "score points" with international diners
In 2023, Vietnamese cuisine will receive world- class achievements. According to Taste Atlas, Vietnam is in the Top 20 best cuisines in the world. American magazine Travel & Leisure has continuously praised Vietnamese cuisine as "quintessence" and suggested that if international visitors want to experience cuisine, Vietnam is the first destination to visit in 2023.
In March 2023, Vietnamese bread, beef stew, broken rice, and fish sauce were listed in the list of the 100 best dishes in the world by the culinary website TasteAtlas. A month later, this website ranked Southern Vietnamese sour fish soup in the Top 10 best fish soups in the world and named spring rolls in the Top 100 best appetizers in the world.
Fish sauce is a typical Vietnamese condiment.
Previously, many traditional dishes, imbued with the regional identity of Vietnam, also received compliments from international diners. While banh cuon is said to have an unforgettable taste, cao lau is "nostalgic" for its ancient taste, bun bo Hue is likened to the "muse" of the cuisine of the ancient capital, bun cha is praised as a "beautiful melody" of Hanoi...
However, Vietnamese cuisine is not only about beef noodle soup, bread, vermicelli with grilled pork... but also has many other delicious dishes with the local identity of each region.
A representative of Masan Consumer Goods Joint Stock Company shared: "As a Vietnamese spice brand, CHIN-SU always strives to research and "design" products that suit the tastes of both Vietnamese consumers and foreign diners. With our products, we hope to support Top Chef Vietnam 2023 chefs to create wonderful culinary works, inspire delicious cooking to millions of viewers and elevate the value of the Vietnamese culinary industry."
Introducing delicious dishes with unique value reaching international level
With the message "Making Vietnamese cuisine's mark on the world's banquet table", 16 professional chefs will participate in challenges to demonstrate their top skills, creating delicious dishes with unique values of Vietnamese cuisine to conquer the judges' taste buds with the following criteria: Excellent flavor, cooking techniques, creative thinking, presentation art, locality, and aiming for a high-class culinary experience.

If Quick Fire is a competition about speed and improvisation in unexpected situations, Elimination requires chefs to cook highly specialized dishes with secret themes and ingredients to pass the judges' Judges Table in each episode.
Accompanying the chefs throughout the journey of searching, upgrading, and creating Vietnamese dishes to integrate with the world's high-class cuisine are the main judges, Chef Alain Nguyen and Chef Luke Nguyen.
Chef Alain Nguyen said he is looking for chefs who understand the value of Vietnamese ingredients that have been around for thousands of years and the story of growing those ingredients. Chef Luke Nguyen, with his love for Vietnamese cuisine, emphasized that his goal and mission in life is to spread Vietnamese cuisine to the world.
Chin-su's spice masterpieces will join Top Chef Vietnam 2023 chefs to introduce the unique value of Vietnamese cuisine to the international level.
In addition, judges specializing in the fields of food and beverage (F&B), hotel and restaurant business will bring chefs perspectives from new trends in food, especially customer experience when providing services.
On that journey, Chin-su spices will accompany the chefs through the marinating, cooking, and dipping stages to bring world-class dishes, conquering the highly specialized and demanding jury.
Top Chef Vietnam - Top Chef 2023, a fiery arena of talented chefs, airs at 8:30 p.m. every Monday on VTV3, starting from June 12, 2023.
