Accordingly, the price of E5RON92 gasoline was adjusted up by VND740/liter compared to the previous adjustment period, the new selling price is not higher than VND19,230/liter. The price of RON95-III gasoline is not higher than VND19,630/liter after increasing by VND780/liter compared to the retail price on April 17.

In this adjustment period, the price of 0.05S diesel is not higher than 17,520 VND/liter (an increase of 490 VND/liter compared to the current retail price); The price of kerosene is not higher than 17,710 VND/liter (an increase of 530 VND/liter compared to the current retail price). The price of 180CST 3.5S fuel oil this period also increased by 560 VND/kg compared to the previous period, the new selling price is 16,5290 VND/kg.

According to the Ministry of Industry and Trade - Ministry of Finance, the world oil market in this management period (from April 14 to April 24, 2025) is affected by main factors such as: Increased oil production from OPEC+ countries, instability in US tax policy on goods from other countries, the conflict between Russia and Ukraine continues despite steps to find a solution for peace... The above factors have caused world oil prices in recent days to fluctuate up and down depending on each commodity, but the general trend is downward.

The average price of finished petroleum products in the world between the price adjustment period on April 14, 2025 and the adjustment period on April 24, 2025 is: 77.140 USD/barrel of RON92 gasoline used to blend E5RON92 gasoline (down 3.586 USD/barrel, equivalent to a decrease of 4.44%); 78.592 USD/barrel of RON95 gasoline (down 3.710 USD/barrel, equivalent to a decrease of 4.51%); 84.182 USD/barrel of kerosene (down 2.528 USD/barrel, equivalent to a decrease of 2.92%); 84.304 USD/barrel of 0.05S diesel (down 2.240 USD/barrel, equivalent to a decrease of 2.59%); 464,792 USD/ton of 180CST 3.5S fuel oil (down 4,242 USD/ton, equivalent to a decrease of 0.90%).

This is the 17th time in 2025 that gasoline prices have been adjusted. Of which, RON95 gasoline has increased 9 times and decreased 8 times, E5RON92 has increased 10 times and decreased 7 times, diesel has increased 9 times, decreased 8 times and kept the price 1 time, and fuel oil has increased 10 times and decreased 7 times.
