This fair is held for 3 days, from April 25 to April 27. This is a practical activity to celebrate the 50th anniversary of the Liberation of the South and National Reunification (April 30, 1975 - April 30, 2025) and respond to the Campaign "Vietnamese people prioritize using Vietnamese products". The fair has 30 booths of farmers' associations of districts, towns, cities and farmers' associations of some provinces and enterprises in and outside the province participating. With over 300 clean and safe products made by farmer members, many of which meet VietGAP standards, food safety and hygiene certification, OCOP products, and OCOP potential of localities.
Speaking at the opening ceremony, Chairman of the Provincial Farmers' Association Truong Vu Phuong said that through the activities at the fair, the Provincial Farmers' Association hopes that people will always raise their awareness of the role of clean food for health and life. From there, promote agricultural production in a safe and sustainable direction and strongly promote the movement "Farmers compete in production, good business, unite to help each other get rich and reduce poverty sustainably" associated with the campaign to encourage households to do business and produce agricultural products to ensure food safety. At the same time, farmers' associations at all levels continue to create a vibrant competitive atmosphere and arouse the spirit of innovation and creativity in production and labor, aiming to build a clean, efficient and environmentally friendly agriculture.

At the ceremony, the Provincial Farmers’ Association Standing Committee also launched a commitment to produce and trade quality, safe agricultural products and food for community health and sustainable development. At the same time, gifts were presented to 10 policy households in Soc Trang city and 11 gifts were presented to officials and farmer members.
On this occasion, the Standing Committee of the Provincial Farmers' Association organized the "Farmers' Singing Contest" in 2025 with 11 participating units and 33 entries.
