RON 95 gasoline price close to 19,000 VND per liter

The price of RON 95-III gasoline (the popular type on the market) decreased by 410 VND, down to 19,170 VND per liter. E5 RON 92 decreased by 380 VND, at 18,770 VND.

Similarly, oil products also decreased by 550-660 VND per liter. Compared to May 5 - the last adjustment, diesel decreased by 550 VND, down to 16,800 VND per liter. Kerosene and fuel oil have new prices of 16,940 VND and 15,530 VND, respectively.

This year, the Ministry of Industry and Trade allocated a minimum of 29.5 million m3 of petroleum to key enterprises. This level is equivalent to 2.5 million m3 of petroleum per month.

In a report for questioning sent to the National Assembly , the Ministry of Industry and Trade said that the current supply of gasoline and oil is guaranteed. In the first quarter of the year, the whole country consumed about 6 million tons of gasoline and oil of all kinds. Meanwhile, the total source of gasoline and oil according to traders' reports is estimated at about 6.4 million tons.

The ministry said it will continue to closely monitor developments in the domestic and international petroleum markets to find solutions to ensure market supply.
