The 1st Construction Pickleball Championship 2025

To celebrate the 80th anniversary of the August Revolution (August 19, 1945 - August 19, 2025), the National Day of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam (September 2, 1945 - September 2, 2025), on August 16, the Department of Construction held the opening ceremony of the 1st Construction Pickleball Tournament in 2025.

Attending the opening ceremony were comrade Lo Minh Hung, Standing Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee; representatives of provincial departments, branches and sectors; leaders of a number of communes and wards.

The tournament attracted more than 100 athletes from agencies and units under the Construction industry and a number of departments, branches and localities competing in the following categories: men's leadership pairs, mixed and female leadership pairs, women's pairs, and mixed and female pairs.

The organizers divided the competition into groups according to age: Under 40 years old, 41-50 years old, over 51 years old; the competition format is a round-robin, selecting the best pairs to compete in the semi-finals and finals.

Immediately after the opening ceremony, exciting matches took place in various categories. With the spirit of enthusiasm, honesty and solidarity, the athletes brought the audience technical, beautiful, dramatic plays and received enthusiastic cheers from the audience.

The tournament took place from August 16-23 at the Provincial People's Committee Guest House and the Department of Construction, with a total of 176 matches.
