In this promotion and salary increase, Lieutenant Colonel Nguyen Hong Phong - Member of the Provincial Party Committee, Director of the Provincial Police Department was promoted from Lieutenant Colonel to Colonel; 11 comrades were promoted from Lieutenant Colonel to Lieutenant Colonel of the People's Public Security.
