Working scene.
In recent times, the People's Committee of Le Chan District has always identified the work of receiving citizens, resolving complaints, denunciations and recommendations as an important and regular political task to improve management capacity. Therefore, the People's Committee of the District has focused on directing departments, offices, units, and People's Committees of wards to synchronously and seriously implement the Party's directives and resolutions, and legal regulations on receiving citizens and resolving complaints, denunciations and recommendations; complicated and prolonged cases have been focused on resolving, contributing to maintaining political security and social order and safety.

Leaders of Le Chan District People's Committee reported at the meeting.
At the meeting, the People's Committee of Le Chan district recommended that the Central agency should have regulations and sanctions to strictly handle cases that have been fully considered and resolved by competent agencies, within their authority and in accordance with legal regulations, but citizens continue to complain and denounce without providing new documents and evidence, causing prolonged complications at the grassroots level. It is recommended that the city transfer petitions for cases that have been considered and resolved by grassroots agencies in a reasonable and satisfactory manner, but due to people's insufficient awareness, petitions are still sent to superiors (the grassroots has reported to the city); therefore, it is recommended that when transferring petitions, the city should request organizations or individuals with complaints to provide legal evidence so that the grassroots level has a basis for resolution.

Comrade Pham Quoc Ka, Head of the Legal Committee of the City People's Council, spoke at the meeting.
Through monitoring records, listening to reports and opinions, the Monitoring Team assessed that the People's Committee of Le Chan District has maintained regular and serious citizen reception; promptly received, classified and processed complaints, denunciations and recommendations; monitored, urged and resolved complaints and denunciations, preventing hot spots from occurring. Thanks to good propaganda and mobilization work, the participation of the entire political system from the district to the ward in handling complaints and denunciations and recommendations, the people have been guided and their rights and obligations as complainants and denouncers have been protected according to the provisions of law. The results of complaints, denunciations and recommendations have mostly been accepted by the people.
The monitoring delegation requested the District People's Committee to absorb the opinions of the delegation members to find solutions to overcome the shortcomings and limitations; continue to pay attention to directing departments, offices, units, and People's Committees of wards to proactively advise and promptly resolve complaints, denunciations, and recommendations from citizens as soon as they arise, not allowing complications and crowds to affect political security and social order and safety; step up propaganda so that people can better understand the provisions of the law on complaints and denunciations, contributing to raising people's awareness in understanding and complying with the provisions of the law.
