In Phum Soai hamlet, Chau Phong commune, for many years, political security, order and social safety have been maintained. The decisive factor is the solidarity and unity within the Party and the people, creating a solid people's security posture right from the grassroots, serving as a foundation for economic development and improving the quality of life of the people.

Unity creates strength

Phum Soai Hamlet has more than 90% Cham people, with 655 households and 2,870 people. The area has a residential cluster with more than 200 households and is adjacent to many important traffic axes. The hamlet has a large Cham population and a developed economy , requiring security and order assurance to be proactive, synchronous and people-centered.

Over the years, the Phum Soai Hamlet Party Cell has always maintained the spirit of solidarity and unity within the Party and among the People. Ms. Fatimah - Secretary of the Phum Soai Hamlet Party Cell said that solidarity within the Party and the People is the foundation for resolving conflicts, maintaining stability and improving the effectiveness of social management. "Solidarity within the Party and the People creates a combined strength, turning each person into a link in the work of protecting security and order in the area," Ms. Fatimah emphasized.

In Phum Soai, party members go first, the villagers follow. This is not only a slogan but also a motto for action. All movements are thoroughly indoctrinated by the Party cell and unified in action. Party members are exemplary and take the lead to create trust so that the people agree to participate in self-management models such as mediation teams, civil defense teams, and grassroots security teams. Currently, the hamlet still maintains civil defense teams and grassroots security teams, creating a solid self-management position from the community.

Mr. Sales - Head of Phum Soai Hamlet said that the locality has maintained good temporary residence and absence registration and monthly security team meetings to promptly strengthen ineffective teams and at the same time grasp the situation of strangers coming to the area. This is a practical measure, attaching responsibility to each household in maintaining public peace.

The Party cell and the Hamlet Front Committee coordinated with mass organizations to mobilize people to improve the landscape, clear the road corridor, maintain environmental sanitation and implement the cultural hamlet convention. Movements such as the whole people unite to build new rural areas or the whole people protect national security were strongly responded by the people.

Promote the spirit of mutual love and support

The solidarity between the Party and the people not only helps maintain security and order in the area but also strengthens the bond between the village and the neighborhood. The Cham people in Phum Soai always uphold the spirit of mutual love and support in life. That solidarity creates resources to reduce poverty, develop livelihoods and improve living standards.

Currently, Phum Soai hamlet has only 5 poor households and 35 near-poor households. Many production and business establishments are maintained, creating jobs for people. "People actively contribute money and working days to build roads, build bridges, install solar lights, creating a new rural appearance that is increasingly spacious and clean," said party member Mach Du So.

Since the beginning of 2025, Phum Soai hamlet has mobilized the construction of 4 solidarity houses, with a total cost of 176 million VND, supporting poor students with more than 10 million VND and thousands of notebooks. This is a clear demonstration of the spirit of mutual love and solidarity between the Party and the People.

The experience in Phum Soai shows that solidarity not only helps maintain security and order but also creates momentum for economic development, new rural construction and improving the lives of Cham people. This is a valuable experience that can be replicated in many other areas.

“In the coming time, the hamlet Party Cell will continue to innovate the content and methods of leadership, focusing on residential areas, improving the quality of campaigns and patriotic emulation movements; caring for and protecting the legitimate rights of the people; strengthening solidarity and unity within the Party Cell and among the people to maintain security in the hamlet, promote economic development and improve people's lives,” said Ms. Fatimah - Secretary of the Phum Soai Hamlet Party Cell.
