As the deputy manager in charge of the packaging department of a pharmaceutical factory, Ms. Linh always researches and has many technical innovations that are applied to production practice, bringing high economic efficiency. In the period of 2020 - 2025, Ms. Linh implemented many solutions to improve production and business efficiency such as equipping canning machines, reducing labor, increasing production; improving simple canning machines into multi-purpose canning machines that can pack all products; improving shrink film, changing the design of bottled water labels and improving the waterless bottle cleaning line; processing and creating finished ink pumps...

During her 25 years of work, Ms. Linh has received many certificates of merit, certificates of merit and noble titles. In the period of 2020 - 2024, Ms. Linh has completed her tasks well and excellently; received a certificate of merit from the Vietnam General Confederation of Labor for her outstanding achievements in the emulation movement and building a strong Trade Union organization in 2023; the Provincial People's Committee awarded a certificate of merit for her outstanding achievements in the emulation movement of good workers and creative workers, won the 1st Ton Duc Thang Award in 2022, actively contributing to the emulation movement of the province.

In 2023, Ms. Linh won the 4th Nguyen Duc Canh Award in 2023 for her outstanding achievements in the emulation movement "Excellent worker, creative worker" in the period 2018 - 2023. At the 11th National Emulation Congress of Workers, Civil Servants and Laborers in 2025, Ms. Linh was commended by the Vietnam General Confederation of Labor as an advanced model in the patriotic emulation movement in the period 2020 - 2025.

The Agimexpharm Pharmaceutical Joint Stock Company's grassroots union currently has 484 union members, of which women account for more than 70% of the total number of union members. Ms. Linh said: "As the Head of the Women's Union, I advise the grassroots union and the company to launch emulation movements "Good at public work, good at housework", associated with the emulation movement "Women actively study, work creatively, build happy families", mobilizing women to compete in labor, improve techniques, and have many innovations in departments in the factory; promptly propose extraordinary and periodic rewards for union members and employees with effective initiatives, contributing to the development of the company".

As a union official, Ms. Linh has many proposals to bring legitimate rights and benefits to union members and workers at the factory. To take better care of workers, Ms. Linh and the Executive Board of the grassroots union proposed to the Company's Board of Directors solutions to improve meals, increase compensation for workers and laborers; organize meetings, give gifts, and visit female workers. Over the past 5 years, Ms. Linh has called on company union members to support union members and relatives of union members with serious illnesses with over 115 million VND.

Not only does she complete her duties and work for the Union well, Ms. Linh is also a strong supporter who "keeps the fire burning" for her family. Due to the nature of her job, her husband often goes on business trips, so she proactively arranges her time reasonably to take care of the family. Fulfilling her duties as a daughter, mother and wife, Ms. Linh has become a strong supporter so that her husband can work with peace of mind and complete his duties well; her son studies hard and is currently a student at Can Tho University of Medicine and Pharmacy.
