Emulation Cluster No. 7 - Ministry of Public Security performed the groundbreaking ceremony for bridge repair.
Attending the ceremony were Colonel Le Phu Thanh, Deputy Director of An Giang Provincial Police; Colonel Le Tan Vinh, Deputy Director of Ca Mau Provincial Police; Colonel Phan Van Trieu, Deputy Director of Tay Ninh Provincial Police; and representatives of the government and people of U Minh Thuong commune.
The bridge over the National Historical Site of Security Department Zone IX was built and put into use in 2015, along with the formation and operation of the National Historical Site of Security Department Zone IX.
This is the place that left a strong mark of the leaders' activities in the resistance wars against foreign invaders and is also a place for sightseeing, research and organizing traditional education activities... for the young generation.
After a long period of use, the bridge has degraded, affecting traffic safety and the needs of tourism, research and activities related to resources, traditional education...
Colonel Le Phu Thanh, Deputy Director of An Giang Provincial Police, presented a symbolic plaque to support the Great Unity House to two families.
On this occasion, Emulation Cluster No. 7 - Ministry of Public Security awarded support money to build 2 Great Solidarity houses for 2 households in difficult circumstances in U Minh Thuong commune, each house supported 60 million VND.
Emulation Cluster No. 7 - Ministry of Public Security came to offer flowers and incense at the National Historical Site of Security Department of Zone IX.
