Completion of Border Guard Station-level tactical exercises in 2025

On November 21, at Giang Thanh commune (An Giang province), Giang Thanh Border Guard Station (An Giang Provincial Border Guard Command) successfully organized a border guard station-level tactical exercise in 2025. Many collectives and individuals with outstanding achievements were commended.

The exercise was carried out in three phases: Transition to combat readiness; Organizing combat preparations; and Combat Practice. The practice content was serious, in line with the intention and close to the practical tasks of managing and protecting the unit's borders.

Giang Thanh Border Guard Station conducts a live-fire exercise titled "Ambush Team to fight to protect the border".

In 2025, the An Giang Provincial Border Guard Command will have 5 units conducting tactical exercises at the Border Guard Station level, including: Vinh Gia, Lac Quoi, Nam Du, Xa Luc Border Guard Station and Giang Thanh Border Gate Border Guard Station.

With the high sense of responsibility of the Drill Steering Committee, the close coordination between the agencies under the steering committee and the efforts of all officers and soldiers, the preparation work was carried out carefully, the steps of organizing the drill ensured scientific and absolute safety in all aspects.

Colonel Tran Ngoc Chau, Deputy Commander, Chief of Staff of the Provincial Border Guard Command, presented gifts to encourage units participating in the exercise.

Collectives and individuals were commended by the Provincial Border Guard Command.

At the exercise experience review session, 8 groups and 26 individuals were awarded certificates of merit by the An Giang Provincial Border Guard Command for their outstanding achievements in the 2025 border post tactical exercise.
