At the meeting, the locality listened to many comments and discussions from farmers on many issues, such as: Proposing and giving suggestions to the commune on agricultural production orientations, suitable to soil and climate conditions; enterprises, cooperatives, and rice-producing households exchanged and shared experiences and good and effective practices that could be widely applied in the commune; preferential policies of enterprises specifically for farmers to help reduce the burden of costs and improve production efficiency.

The cooperatives recommended that the commune pay attention to investing in upgrading irrigation, electricity and traffic systems; propose unsecured loan policies for agricultural production cooperatives; strengthen linkages in agricultural production along the value chain associated with product consumption...
