An Giang province delegation visited and worked with Esuhai Company Limited

Within the framework of the visit and work in Japan, on the afternoon of November 26, in Tokyo, the An Giang province delegation led by Vice Chairman of An Giang Provincial People's Committee Le Van Phuoc visited and worked with Esuhai Company Limited on cooperation in training and sending An Giang province workers to work in Japan.

At the meeting, Deputy General Director of Esuhai Co., Ltd. Nguyen Xuan Lanh said that the company has built a comprehensive ecosystem in Vietnam and Japan, ensuring the provision of high-quality services from training to employment.

To date, the company has trained and sent nearly 20,000 young Vietnamese people to work in Japan; cooperated with more than 1,000 Japanese enterprises in recruitment; created 3,000 job positions each year.

The company has been making an important contribution to improving the quality of Vietnamese human resources through systematic training programs, combining professional skills, Japanese and soft skills, helping tens of thousands of young Vietnamese people become high-quality workers.

Speaking at the meeting, Vice Chairman of An Giang Provincial People's Committee Le Van Phuoc emphasized that An Giang always pays attention to job creation for workers, especially sending workers to work abroad under contracts.

Provincial leaders identified this as one of the important solutions in solving employment, creating stable income, improving workers' lives, and contributing to local socio -economic development.

Recently, An Giang Vocational College has signed a cooperation agreement with the company, focusing on training Japanese language and working skills, recruiting students for internship and work positions in Japan, as well as introducing jobs in the country.

An Giang Province Department of Home Affairs has signed a memorandum of cooperation with the company on recruiting, training and sending An Giang workers to work abroad under contract, through a program to select and train workers to work in a Japanese environment in accordance with the development orientation of An Giang province.

The Vice Chairman of An Giang Provincial People's Committee highly appreciated the company's reputation in training human resources and sending workers to work abroad in recent times.

In order for the cooperation to be effective in the coming time, Vice Chairman of An Giang Provincial People's Committee Le Van Phuoc requested the company to proactively select and create a source of labor for An Giang; in which, pay attention to training high-level labor according to Japanese standards; manage and protect the legitimate and legal rights and interests of the province's laborers during the process of studying and working in Japan.

In addition, minimizing risks for workers, students and pupils when studying and working in Japan; researching to expand the company's vocational training network in An Giang province, aiming at high-quality vocational training.
