Hanoi: 10 key projects will have their documents processed within 24 hours

The Chairman of Hanoi requested to allocate green lanes for some groups of procedures with the aim of shortening the time to process documents by at least 60% compared to current regulations. Hanoi leaders requested to process documents within 24 hours for 10 key projects.

On March 19, Chairman of Hanoi People's Committee Tran Sy Thanh signed a document directing the flow and shortening of processing time for groups of work procedures to achieve the city's GRDP growth target of over 8%.

Accordingly, focus on and promptly resolve work records according to the "green lane" priority mechanism to shorten processing time, ensure no delays, no overdue. At the same time, strengthen decentralization, thoroughly delegate authority to relevant units, minimize intermediate steps, improve the efficiency of administrative procedure settlement...

The City leaders also divided 5 priority groups of documents and procedures to be resolved, namely: Documents related to investment and infrastructure development; documents related to export, logistics and international trade; documents related to financial support and consumer stimulus; documents related to high-quality human resources and innovation; documents related to digital transformation and smart infrastructure development.

One of Hanoi's 10 important projects is to renovate the space east of Hoan Kiem Lake.

The Chairman of Hanoi City requested the directors of departments, chairmen of districts, towns and cities to proactively review and streamline the procedures for handling documents, apply information technology and artificial intelligence to classify documents, determine the priority level of the above-mentioned work groups, ensuring that the processing time is shortened by at least 60% compared to current regulations, especially for projects that can immediately contribute to GRDP in 2025.

Stamp the "green lane" of incoming and outgoing documents to receive, process, monitor, and control progress to ensure deadline requirements.

In particular, Hanoi leaders requested departments, branches and localities to immediately handle within 24 hours of receiving the dossiers of 10 important projects of the city, including: Renovation of the space east of Hoan Kiem Lake and renovation of Dong Kinh - Nghia Thuc Square; Tu Lien Bridge and the approach roads at both ends of the bridge (from the intersection with Nghi Tam Street to the intersection with Truong Sa Street); Tran Hung Dao Bridge; Ngoc Hoi Bridge and the approach roads at both ends of the bridge; renovation, upgrading and expansion of roads around West Lake; renovation and addition of water to To Lich River; Hoa Lac High-Tech Park and projects to attract investment in Hoa Lac High-Tech Park; Hanoi High-Tech Biotechnology Park; Ring Road 4 - Capital Region in the city; Urban Railway Line No. 5, Van Cao - Hoa Lac.
