Hanoi: 420 candidates absent from Literature exam

In the Literature exam of the 10th grade entrance exam for the 2025-2026 school year in Hanoi, 420 candidates were absent, the percentage of candidates taking the exam reached 99.6%.

Reporting on the results of the Literature exam on the morning of June 7, the Hanoi Departmentof Education and Training said that there were 102,440 candidates taking the exam out of a total of 102,860 candidates registered to take the exam, reaching a rate of 99.6%. During the exam, 420 candidates were absent; 12 candidates needed support during the exam due to health problems and needed medical assistance.

During the Literature exam, no candidate or invigilator violated the exam regulations.

According to the Hanoi Department of Education and Training, the exam situation at exam locations in the city took place normally, safely, seriously, and in accordance with the exam regulations.
