Hanoi: 6 locations provide university admission registration accounts for independent candidates

The Hanoi Department of Education and Training provides 6 locations in the city to grant accounts to candidates who have graduated from high school or college (independent candidates) who want to register for university and college admission in 2025 to enter their admission wishes on the General Admission Support System of the Ministry of Education and Training.

In 2025, according to new regulations, all candidates, including those admitted directly, must register for admission online and enter all admission wishes into the General Admission Support System of the Ministry of Education and Training .

The Hanoi Departmentof Education and Training has instructions on account registration for candidates who do not have an account. Accordingly, from July 10 to July 20, candidates who have graduated from high school or college and have not registered personal information on the System and want to register for admission must register for an account to enter their admission wishes.

Candidates perform specific steps: Download the form and fill in all information on the Personal Information Registration Form (Appendix VI of Official Dispatch 2457/BGDĐT-GDĐH); Submit the Personal Information Registration Form at one of the following account issuance points:
