To ensure traffic order and safety, prevent traffic jams, facilitate and serve the travel needs of the people and activities serving the preliminary review program, Hanoi City Police announces traffic flow and organizes directions for vehicles.
Specifically as follows: Time to organize a complete ban, temporary ban, and restriction of vehicles on some roads, traffic diversion, and organize directions for vehicles serving the preliminary review program: From 12:00 on August 27 to 2:00 on August 28.

Routes in the area from Ring Road I to Ring Road II (except for routes with strict bans in section 2): Temporarily banned for trucks with a total designed weight of 1.5 tons or more, passenger cars with 16 seats or more (except for vehicles with security badges, vehicles serving the Anniversary Ceremony, vehicles with priority rights, vehicles performing official duties, buses, garbage collection vehicles, vehicles handling and troubleshooting).
The City Police recommend that traffic participants limit traffic on the following routes:
Routes in the area from Ring Road II to Ring Road III restrict traffic to passenger transport vehicles with less than 16 seats, private cars, and motorbikes.
Routes in the area from Ring Road I to Ring Road II are restricted to vehicle traffic.
For some routes from Ring Road III towards the suburban area, including: National Highway 32, Cau Dien, Ho Tung Mau, Le Duc Tho, Le Quang Dao, Thang Long Boulevard, Lang Van Hoa Street, National Highway 21A, Ho Chi Minh Road, National Highway 6, Quang Trung, Tran Phu, Nguyen Trai, Provincial Road 419, Provincial Road 429, Vo Nguyen Giap, National Highway 18): restrict traffic for vehicles (except buses, garbage collection vehicles, vehicles handling and troubleshooting, vehicles with security badges, vehicles serving the Anniversary Ceremony).
The City Police recommends that people from provinces and localities coming to Hanoi to participate in the activities of the Anniversary use passenger transport cars, public transport, especially the elevated train (Line 2A Cat Linh-Ha Dong: From Yen Nghia station-Ha Dong ward to Cat Linh station-O Cho Dua ward; Line 3 Nhon-Hanoi station: from Nhon station-Tay Tuu ward to Cau Giay station-Giang Vo ward); walk on some streets in Ba Dinh, Hoan Kiem, Cua Nam, Hai Ba Trung, Giang Vo, Ngoc Ha wards and locations around Ba Dinh Square; comply with the instructions of the functional forces, stand on the sidewalk, do not jostle, spill onto the roadway causing obstruction to the marching groups, parades, and marches; leave in order, following the instructions of the functional forces.
To ensure security and safety, contributing to the successful organization of the Anniversary Ceremony, the City Police request that traffic participants voluntarily and strictly comply with the Law on Road Traffic Order and Safety;
When encountering priority vehicles signaling priority on duty, promptly move close to the right curb, stop completely or change direction to the nearest crossroads or intersections, and give way to the priority convoy.
