Those are two players Vu Tien Long and Pereira Junior Denilson. If Tien Long's case was due to a red card (2 yellow cards) in the match against Binh Duong Club (round 1 make-up match), then the fact that rookie Junior Denilson cannot debut in the Capital team's shirt due to a disciplinary decision from the Brazilian Football Federation (CBF) is a regrettable case.
