Hanoi sends letters of condolence and supports 7 northern provinces with 45 billion VND to overcome damage caused by storm No. 10

Hanoi city leaders believe that with the spirit of solidarity, responsibility and strong will to rise up, the provinces will quickly overcome the consequences and soon stabilize people's lives.

On October 3, Comrade Bui Thi Minh Hoai, Politburo member, Secretary of the Hanoi Party Committee, Head of the National Assembly Delegation of Hanoi, on behalf of the Hanoi Party Committee, People's Council, People's Committee, and Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee, sent a letter of condolences to the 7 northern provinces that suffered heavy damage caused by storm Bualoi (storm No. 10).

The letter of condolences from the Secretary of the Hanoi Party Committee was sent to the Provincial Party Committees, People's Councils, People's Committees, and Vietnam Fatherland Front Committees of 7 provinces: Tuyen Quang, Lao Cai, Cao Bang, Son La, Lang Son, Hung Yen, and Phu Tho.

In the letter, comrade Bui Thi Minh Hoai sent her warm regards and deep condolences to the Party Committee, government and people of the provinces about the difficulties and losses caused by storm No. 10, especially to people in areas directly affected.

The Secretary of the Hanoi Party Committee said that with the sentiment of "Mutual love" and the spirit of "Hanoi for the whole country, with the whole country", the Hanoi Party Committee - People's Council - People's Committee - Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee sent to the Relief Fund of the provinces (managed by the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of the province) a support amount to help overcome the consequences caused by storms and floods.

Specifically, Hanoi city supported 7 provinces with a total of 45 billion VND, including 2 provinces: Lao Cai, Tuyen Quang, each province 10 billion VND; 5 provinces: Cao Bang, Son La, Lang Son, Hung Yen, Phu Tho, each province 5 billion VND.

On behalf of the Hanoi City Party Committee - People's Council - People's Committee - Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee, Comrade Bui Thi Minh Hoai believes that with the attention of the Party and State; the sharing and contribution of provinces and cities across the country and with the spirit of solidarity, responsibility, and strong will to rise up, cadres, soldiers and people of the provinces will overcome difficulties, quickly overcome the consequences, and soon stabilize people's lives.

Previously, Hanoi Party Secretary Bui Thi Minh Hoai sent a letter of condolences and announced support of 55 billion VND to 5 provinces: Nghe An, Ha Tinh, Quang Tri, Ninh Binh and Thanh Hoa.
