The reason is that the investor has not yet completed the project's legal documents and sent them to the Department for checking the legal documents for registration and issuance of books.

Next, The Legacy apartment building (Thanh Xuan district) of the investor Hanoi Housing Investment and Development Joint Stock Company No. 41 has not been granted a "pink book". The reason is similar to the Golden West project, when the investor has not completed the legal documents to send to the Department.

In the case of Starcity Center apartment building (Cau Giay district) invested by Ngoi Sao Viet Real Estate Company Limited, the Department of Natural Resources and Environment has been issuing "pink books" to home buyers who have fulfilled their financial obligations to the investor at projects marked A, B, D, H.

However, the projects with symbols C and G have not been granted "pink books" because the investors have not completed the project's legal documents and sent them to the Department for inspection.

The list of Hanoi People's Committee also includes the Viet Duc Complex office - service and housing project (Thanh Xuan district) with Song Da - Viet Duc Investment Joint Stock Company as the representative investor of the consortium. Currently, the enterprise has submitted a legal inspection dossier to serve the work of issuing "pink books" to the Department of Natural Resources and Environment. This agency is carrying out the inspection and issuance of certificates according to regulations.

With the proposal to issue "red books" (land use right certificates) to 11 households in the Glass Porcelain collective housing area (Thanh Xuan district), the Hanoi People's Committee said that the House of Origin was allocated by the Precision Mechanical Factory No. 1 to 13 households in 1986. The households were allocated two rows of level 4 collective housing with a total area of ​​451 m2, of which 226 m2 is for housing and the rest is open space and common yard.

Currently, the actual area that households are using is higher than the area in the confirmation application. Specifically, households have built solid houses from 2 to 4 floors. Some households have bought, sold, and transferred to many users.

The People's Committee of Nhan Chinh Ward held a meeting with the Precision Engineering Company (the governing body), Thanh Xuan Housing Management and Development Enterprise and households to guide the handover of the above collective housing area to the city for management as a basis for issuing "red books" to households. After completing the handover, the work of issuing "red books" to households will be carried out according to regulations.
