Hanoi approves 22m wide road boundary in Gia Lam

The Hanoi People's Committee has just issued Decision No. 5030/QD-UBND, approving the red line of the 22m wide planned road from Dinh Xuyen Industrial Park to Doc La - Ninh Hiep - Phu Dong road, scale 1/500, through the communes of Dinh Xuyen and Phu Dong, Gia Lam district, Hanoi.

The route is about 1.7km long, the starting point intersects with a 25m wide planned route (the route has been identified as a red line in the red line boundary file, scale 1/500 of the route according to the planning of connecting infrastructure routes of phase 2, Gia Lam district (route 7) approved by the City People's Committee in Decision No. 1264/QD-UBND dated April 13, 2022); the end point intersects with the Doc La - Ninh Hiep - Phu Dong route.

The route is consistent with the N9 Urban Zoning Plan, scale 1/5000, approved by the City People's Committee in Decision No. 165/QD-UBND dated January 9, 2013.

The scale of the road cross-section width is 22m wide, including a 12m wide roadway and 2x5m wide sidewalks on both sides (the components of the road cross-section will be specifically determined, according to the road construction investment project approved by the competent authority).

Red line boundaries are determined based on the planned road centerline, road cross-section, technical parameters, dimensions and combined with interpolation specifically determined on the drawing.

The intersections between the route and other cross-roads are designed to be level. The red line boundaries at the intersections with the cross-roads shown in this document are only preliminarily determined and will be specifically determined and supplemented (if any) during the detailed planning process for both sides of the route or investment projects for the construction of cross-roads approved by competent authorities.

The City People's Committee assigned the Gia Lam District People's Committee to preside over and coordinate with the Department of Planning and Architecture and relevant agencies to organize the public announcement and hand over the approved red line boundary documents to the People's Committees of Dinh Xuyen and Phu Dong communes to manage construction planning along both sides of the road.

Organizing the installation of road boundary markers at the same time as carrying out land acquisition and site clearance during the implementation of road construction investment projects to avoid waste and overlap in the work of installing boundary markers.
