The subject of application is the person whose driving license has been deducted points, submitting an application to have the driving license points restored. The application includes an application form No. 01 (appendix attached to Circular No. 65/2024/TT-BCA dated November 12, 2024); a valid health certificate of the driver issued by a competent authority.
The reception location is the headquarters of the Road Motor Vehicle Driving License Examination Team, Traffic Police Department, Hanoi City Police (No. 2 Phung Hung, Ha Dong Ward, Hanoi). Reception time is during office hours from Monday to Friday and Saturday mornings every week.
* Hanoi Traffic Police Department also announced the schedule for organizing inspections of laws on road traffic order and safety to restore driving license points.
Location: Headquarters of the Road Motor Vehicle Driving License Examination Team - Traffic Police Department, Hanoi City Police (No. 2 Phung Hung, Ha Dong Ward). Time: 8:00 a.m. every Tuesday and Thursday (except holidays).
The examinee must be present at the time and place announced by the competent authority and bring one of the following documents for verification and comparison of information with the application: citizen identification card, driver's license, identity card (for people of Vietnamese origin whose nationality has not been determined), permanent residence card or temporary residence card (for foreigners).
In case personal information has been integrated into the electronic citizen identification card, the national electronic identification and authentication system will be exploited to compare with the information in the application.
