On the afternoon of July 14, the Department of Home Affairs held a training conference on administrative reform for units of the city's departments, branches and sectors in 2023.
In his opening speech, Deputy Director of Hanoi Department of Home Affairs Mai Xuan Truong stated that the training conference aims to equip and update knowledge, foster skills and expertise in administrative reform for civil servants in the home affairs sector and civil servants monitoring and advising on administrative reform of agencies and units under Hanoi city.
Thereby, helping students grasp firmly the two topics "Office culture, communication skills and public ethics" and "PAR Index, SIPAS, PAPI - issues and solutions"; thereby advising the leaders of agencies and units to develop plans and effectively implement the administrative reform tasks of the city in general and of agencies and units in particular.
Comrade Mai Xuan Truong requested that delegates attend the conference fully and seriously, focus on following, listening, and taking notes of the presentations of the reporters; actively exchange and discuss; grasp the issues firmly, so that after the conference ends, each delegate can immediately apply the knowledge imparted at this conference to their practical activities, and effectively carry out administrative reform work in the coming time.
At the training conference, delegates listened to Dr. Nguyen Hai Thanh, lecturer, Institute of Leadership and Public Policy (Ho Chi Minh National Academy of Politics ) present the topic: "Office culture, communication skills and public ethics"; Head of Administrative Reform Department (Department of Home Affairs) Pham Tuan Anh present the topic "PAR Index, SIPAS, PAPI - issues and solutions".
This is the second training conference out of a total of 6 training courses on administrative reform of the city in 2023. Previously, on June 28, at the People's Committee of Ung Hoa district, the Department of Home Affairs held a training conference for district units.
