On May 28, Tay Ho District Police, Hanoi City, said the unit is temporarily detaining 6 subjects to investigate gambling behavior.
The subjects include: Nguyen Nam Truong (49 years old), Nguyen Hoai Nam (33 years old), Ho Sy Anh (28 years old), Nguyen Xuan Dai (42 years old), Nguyen Xuan Ket (42 years old) and Nguyen Dinh Hoang (34 years old).

According to authorities, through local management, in early May, criminal investigators from Tay Ho District Police discovered a number of people regularly gathering to gamble secretly at the loft of Tuan Truong flower shop (in Quang An flower market).
In the early morning of May 25, the District Police coordinated with the Quang An Ward Police to conduct an administrative inspection of Tuan Truong flower shop owned by Nguyen Nam Truong.
Here, the police caught Truong and the 5 above subjects gambling in the attic, in the form of "sam", winning and losing with money. The confiscated evidence was nearly 38 million VND and 2 decks of cards.
