Ha Tinh recognizes 7 communes meeting new rural standards, phase 2/2023

Chairman of Ha Tinh Provincial People's Committee Vo Trong Hai has just signed and issued Decision No. 189/QD-UBND dated January 17 on recognizing communes meeting new rural standards (NTM), advanced NTM and model NTM in the second phase of 2023.

Accordingly, 2 communes were recognized as meeting the new rural standards (Ha Linh commune and Dien My commune, Huong Khe district); 2 communes were recognized as meeting the advanced new rural standards (Cam Quan commune, Cam Xuyen district and Ky Hai commune, Ky Anh district); 3 communes were recognized as meeting the model new rural standards (Cam Thanh commune, Cam Xuyen district, Thach Dai commune, Thach Ha district and Thach Chau commune, Loc Ha district).

The Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee assigned departments, branches and district People's Committees to direct communes to continue maintaining and improving the quality of criteria, focusing on income criteria by developing a comprehensive economy, protecting and improving the environment, promoting cultural values to ensure sustainability in building new rural areas.

Assign the People's Committees of districts to announce communes meeting new rural standards, communes meeting advanced new rural standards, and communes meeting model new rural standards according to regulations.

After 13 years of building new rural areas, up to now, Ha Tinh has 181/181 communes meeting NTM standards (100%), 60 communes meeting advanced NTM standards (33.1%), 15 communes meeting model NTM standards (8.3%); Loc Ha district has submitted to the Central Government for appraisal and recognition of meeting the standards, Ky Anh district is completing the dossier to submit to meet NTM standards.
