Ha Tinh disbursed public investment capital reaching 91% of the plan assigned by the Prime Minister.

Ha Tinh Department of Finance has just informed that the total disbursement value of the public investment capital plan in the province by November 30, 2023 reached 91% of the plan assigned by the Prime Minister and 68% of the plan implemented by the locality.

Vinh Phu Construction Company Limited (Loc Ha) mobilized maximum machinery and equipment to construct the project to upgrade Nguyen Cong Tru Street.

According to the report of the State Treasury of Ha Tinh, as of November 30, 2023, the total disbursement value of the public investment capital plan in the area reached 7,938,280 million VND, equal to 91% of the plan assigned by the Prime Minister (the total public investment capital plan assigned according to the decisions of the Prime Minister for 11 months of 2023 is 8,707,364 million VND) and 68% of the local implementation plan (the total public investment capital plan in 2023 of Ha Tinh assigned to localities and units is 11,661,286 million VND, including the previous year's source extended for payment to 2023).

Of which, the capital managed by ministries, branches and provincial levels disbursed VND 5,015,883 million, equal to 70% of the plan assigned by the Prime Minister and 60% of the plan implemented by localities.

49 localities and units have disbursement rates of capital managed by ministries, branches and provincial levels reaching over 60% of the capital plan, in which some localities and units have large amounts of assigned capital such as: People's Committees of Can Loc district 83%, Thach Ha 72%, Ky Anh town 71%, Duc Tho 69%, Ky Anh 64%, Huong Khe 61%; Investment Project Management Board for Construction: Provincial economic zone 83%, Provincial traffic works 61%; other units such as: Department of Foreign Affairs 95%, Department of Transport 94%, Department of Natural Resources and Environment 79%...

25 localities and units have disbursement rates of capital managed by ministries, branches and provincial levels reaching less than 60% of the capital plan, in which some localities and units have large amounts of assigned capital such as: People's Committees of districts: Loc Ha 35%, Vu Quang 45%, Huong Son 49%, Hong Linh 50%, Nghi Xuan 52%, Cam Xuyen 55%, City 58%; Project Management Board for Construction Investment: Agriculture and Rural Development 46%, civil and industrial 52%...

Duc Tho District General Hospital, Ky Anh Town Compensation and Resettlement Council, Department of Health, Nguyen Du College have not yet disbursed capital.
