Hai Duong has 28 public investment projects preparing for investment.

Thanh Mien District Medical Center is one of 6 medical centers being renovated and upgraded and is completing investment procedures.

According to the Hai Duong Province Construction Investment Project Management Board, the unit is currently carrying out investment procedures for 28 public investment projects using the provincial budget with a total cost of more than VND 8,000 billion. Including 7 projects being submitted for appraisal and 21 projects being organized to select consulting contractors, survey and prepare feasibility study reports, and economic-technical reports.

Among the projects being submitted for appraisal are 1 traffic project, 6 construction projects and technical infrastructure.

In the projects that are selecting contractors in the project preparation phase, surveying and preparing feasibility or economic-technical reports, there are 6 transportation projects and 15 construction and technical infrastructure projects.

To ensure that projects are implemented on schedule, the Hai Duong Provincial Construction Investment Project Management Board requests specialized departments to coordinate, shorten appraisal time, and promptly complete investment documents. Projects allocated public investment capital in 2024 strive to start construction before October 31.
