In order to complete the regional traffic infrastructure network according to the planning, forming the province's belt axis connecting with the Hanoi - Hai Phong expressway, Hai Duong is implementing the extended provincial road 396 project.
The investment project to build the extended Provincial Road 396 has a total investment of nearly 850 billion VND, funded by Hai Duong province from the provincial budget in the medium-term public investment plan for the 2021-2025 period and the 2026-2030 period.
Provincial Road 390 through Thanh Ha district is also being renovated and upgraded to connect the roads of Hai Duong province.
The route has a total length of 7.61km connecting from Provincial Road 391 (Tu Ky district) to Provincial Road 390 (Thanh Ha district) in Thanh Ha and Tu Ky districts. The Hai Duong Provincial Investment and Construction Project Management Board is the investor, and the localities are responsible for site clearance.
Accordingly, to implement the project, Thanh Ha district needs to clear the land, reclaim 0.4 hectares of land from 11 households in Vinh Lap commune and more than 3.4 hectares from 220 households in Thanh Cuong commune.
In Tu Ky district, 9.71 hectares of land from 105 households in An Thanh commune will be recovered; 4.23 hectares of land from 111 households in Cong Lac commune will be recovered, mainly residential land and agricultural land.
According to the investigation of Giao Thong Newspaper reporters, from August 12, the Land Clearance Council of Tu Ky district will conduct investigations, measurements, and inventory of assets, crops, and trees of households subject to land recovery for project implementation.
The project is divided into phases 2023 - 2025, investing in the construction of the section from the intersection of Provincial Road 390 with the Quang Thanh Bridge approach road to the intersection of Hanoi - Hai Phong Expressway with Provincial Road 390, Thanh Ha district. In phase 2026 - 2030, the project will complete the remaining items.
