According to the People's Committee of Hai Duong province, the meeting has the theme "The role of intellectuals in implementing the Resolution of the 17th Hai Duong Provincial Party Congress towards green growth and digital transformation".
The meeting was held at the Eastern Cultural Center, expected to include representatives of the Vietnam Union of Science and Technology Associations; the Standing Committee of the Provincial Party Committee, the Provincial People's Council, the Provincial People's Committee and representatives of departments, branches and sectors in the province and 66 typical intellectuals of the province.
