Two consecutive years Vietnam has had an excellent 5-star airline

The Airline Passenger Experience Association (APEX) has just announced its 2024 airline rankings, based on evaluation results through passenger experience.

Accordingly, Vietnam Airlines was honored as a “Five Star Major Airline” by The Airline Passenger Experience Association (APEX). This is the second consecutive year that Vietnam Airlines has received this prestigious international title.

APEX awards the title based on the evaluation of passenger experiences on millions of global flights. Not only considering service quality, this year's results also highly appreciate Vietnam Airlines for its ability to connect international passengers to Vietnam through good flight experiences. This is a continuation of the success of 2023, when Vietnam Airlines was honored by APEX as a "5-star international airline". APEX's award is only valid for 2 years, requiring airlines to constantly improve customer experience to maintain and continue to achieve this title. This not only demonstrates the airline's efforts in improving customer experience, but also affirms the position of Vietnam's aviation industry in the international arena.
