Malaysia Airlines operates flights to Da Nang

Welcoming the first flight of Malaysia Airlines to Da Nang city took place at the International Arrivals Terminal, Da Nang International Airport

Malaysia Airlines operates the Kuala Lumpur – Da Nang route with a frequency of 7 flights/week using B737 – 800 aircraft. With the addition of Malaysia Airlines, the Kuala Lumpur – Da Nang route has a frequency of 28 flights/week.

Deputy Director of the Department of Tourism Tan Van Vuong said that Malaysia is always present in the 10 international markets to Da Nang city. In August 2024, the city's leadership delegation had a working trip to Malaysia, meeting and working with Malaysia Airlines to promote and advertise Da Nang tourism in general and the Kuala Lumpur - Da Nang route in particular. In the coming time, the tourism industry will continue to coordinate with Malaysia Airlines to organize Famtrip, presstrip, KOLs to experience Da Nang tourism and support communication activities to promote Da Nang to Malaysian tourists.

The Kuala Lumpur - Da Nang flight route was put into operation by the airline, marking a more sustainable development step for Da Nang tourism.

Malaysia Airlines is the national airline of Malaysia, a member of the Malaysia Airlines Group, headquartered in the capital city of Kuala Lumpur. The opening of a new route from Kuala Lumpur to Da Nang has increased the total number of flights of the airline from Kuala Lumpur to Vietnam to 34 flights/week.
