After picking up his nearly four-year-old daughter, Truong Ha Minh Ngoc, from kindergarten, the father and daughter rushed to the hospital to meet the mother. Witnessing the moment the father and daughter stood waiting at the hospital gate, Nguyen Truong Ngan Ha's eyes couldn't hide her emotions and excitement.

Minh and Ha met in September 2018. At that time, Minh was the Political Officer of Company 1, Battalion 78, and had been granted leave to take his mother for a health check-up. Ha was a medical staff member in the Planning and General Affairs Department of the Vietnam-Cuba Friendship Hospital. It happened to be her shift at the patient reception department that day, and she had been asked for assistance by Minh's cousin, who worked at the same hospital. Ha diligently and thoughtfully guided Minh's mother through the procedures and the examination process. Impressed by her petite, attractive appearance and her attentive and enthusiastic attitude, Minh proactively asked for Ha's phone number before taking his mother home.

A few days later, taking advantage of his leave, Minh texted Ha to invite her out for a drink to express his gratitude. At first, Ha was a little hesitant, but seeing the young officer's enthusiasm, she agreed. During their short lunch break, the two young friends had the opportunity to get to know each other's personalities, life views, and future plans... The more they talked, the more Minh realized they had many things in common. Especially when he learned that Ha's family also had a revolutionary tradition and that her maternal grandfather had previously worked in the Air Defense-Air Force, Minh began to feel strange emotions. By the end of his leave, the image of his new girlfriend was etched in the young officer's heart. From then on, their daily conversations seemed to grow longer, and their feelings for each other grew stronger with each passing year.

Seeing that their love was strong enough, both families planned a wedding for the young couple. Unexpectedly, in September 2019, Minh's father passed away suddenly after a stroke. In the period that followed, they also faced many difficulties as the Covid-19 pandemic severely impacted them. Minh was constantly under long-term quarantine, while Ha was on the front lines, working tirelessly alongside her colleagues to fight the pandemic. However, the more challenges they faced, the more opportunities they had to test their love as they always trusted, encouraged, and motivated each other to overcome difficulties and soon be together as husband and wife. Not only did Ha perform her duties well at the hospital, but she also frequently visited Minh's mother, encouraging and caring for her, helping Minh to confidently carry out his duties.

After the mourning period for his father ended and the pandemic situation had stabilized, in March 2021, Minh and Ha decided to tie the knot with the blessings of their family, friends, and colleagues. At the end of 2021, their daughter, Minh Ngoc, was born, further increasing their love and happiness. After his shifts at work, during weekends off or vacations, Minh always dedicated his time to visiting his family, helping his wife care for their daughter, and visiting and encouraging both sets of parents. At home, Ha wholeheartedly trusted him, cared for their child, and took care of everything so that Minh could focus on his work. This simple happiness has been the motivation for Minh to successfully complete his assigned tasks for many years.
