Journey of “Binh Dien Affection”: From Thanh Hoa livelihood package to emergency support for people in flood-hit areas of the Central Highlands

In just one week at the end of November 2025, Binh Dien people have woven an emotional journey of humanity stretching from the North Central region to the Central Highlands. From giving livelihoods for reconstruction in Thanh Hoa to the "lightning-fast" emergency support from the Board of Directors, the spirit of "wherever farmers are in difficulty, there is Binh Dien" has never been so bright.

Thanh Hoa : Giving "fishing rods" to rebuild production

Starting the meaningful journey, on November 21 and 22, 2025, Binh Dien Fertilizer Joint Stock Company in collaboration with Today's Rural Newspaper/Dan Viet Newspaper successfully organized the program "Bringing livelihoods to people in storm-flood areas" in Nong Cong commune.

With a total implementation budget of more than 3 billion VND, the program has handed over 1,600 packages of agricultural materials (including rice seeds and Dau Trau fertilizer) to households in Nong Cong commune, Thanh Hoa. The highlight of the program is that leading agricultural experts directly "held hands and guided" and trained in smart rice cultivation techniques right on the field. This is a practical "fishing rod" that helps people not only restore the crop but also master the knowledge for sustainable farming, contributing to rural development.

Central Highlands - Central Region: Orders from the heart

When smiles had just returned to the fields of Thanh Hoa, bad news from the Central and Central Highlands regions poured in. Historic floods left thousands of people in Dak Lak, Gia Lai, Lam Dong, Khanh Hoa, Quang Ngai, and Da Nang City submerged in water.

On the morning of November 24, 2025, the spirit of mutual love of all Binh Dien employees and member companies gathered a resource of 3.1 billion VND to support the flood-hit areas of the Central Highlands.

And so that people in flood-affected areas do not have to wait long, on the afternoon of November 24, 2025, Mr. Ngo Van Dong, General Director of the Company, directly led a special working group, rushing into the hottest spots to initiate an emergency relief campaign for people in flood-affected areas in the Central Highlands.

On November 25, 2025, overcoming dangerous landslides, the working group led by the General Director arrived in Gia Lai and handed over 500 million VND.

Immediately after that, on November 26, 2025, the delegation continued to move to Dak Lak - the flood center of the region - to present 1 billion VND in support through the Provincial Fatherland Front Committee. The presence of the head of the enterprise right at the scene brought great encouragement, warming the hearts of the people in the time of trouble.

On the morning of November 27, 2025, in Khanh Hoa, leading the working delegation, Mr. Phan Van Tam, Deputy General Director of Binh Dien Fertilizer Joint Stock Company, also went deep into the flooded area to give 500 million VND and visit each difficult situation. He could not hide his sorrow: “Only by going deep into the flooded area and witnessing the devastation with our own eyes, can we fully understand the cruelty of nature. But also in this disaster, I feel warm when witnessing the spirit of mutual support, "the less torn leaves cover the more torn leaves" of our people. In Lam Dong, Mr. Le Viet Thuan, General Director of Binh Dien - Lam Dong Joint Stock Company, quickly overcame the flood to hand over 500 million VND to the people of his hometown. The timely presence of the local enterprise warmed the hearts of the people and local authorities in the most difficult time.

In particular, the story of Mr. Pham Ngoc Tuan, Director of Binh Dien - Mekong Joint Stock Company, deeply touched the members of the delegation and local people. Mr. Tuan's family was also heavily affected by the recent flood, their house was still in disarray, and their property was severely damaged. However, putting aside his own worries, he still decided to temporarily stop repairing his house to join the delegation, bringing support to the community. The image of a business leader temporarily forgetting his own housework to take care of the common work has become the most beautiful symbol of the spirit of mutual love of Binh Dien culture.

Continuing the emergency relief journey, on November 28, 2025, a working group representing the Binh Dien system in the Central region promptly arrived at flood hotspots in Quang Ngai province and the old Quang Nam area, now Da Nang city.

Mr. Dong Hoang Hien, Director of Binh Dien Quang Tri Joint Stock Company, directly led the working group to carry out this important task. Sharing at the handover ceremony, Mr. Dong Hoang Hien said: "As children of the Central region, we understand the pain more than anyone else when storms overlap storms, floods overlap floods.
