The festival, organized by Saigon Tourist Corporation (Saigontourist Group), is open to the public from 3-10 p.m. and will take place continuously from March 27-30, 2025 at Van Thanh Tourist Area (48/10 Dien Bien Phu, Binh Thanh District, Ho Chi Minh City).

According to Mr. Truong Duc Hung, this year's event surpasses previous festivals in terms of the number of dishes and drinks, with more than 600 delicious dishes selected and refined from all over the country. "These are not only culinary works of art , but also cultural and historical stories, imbued with the identity of each region and each locality. The process of collecting, selecting and introducing Vietnamese delicacies is an exciting journey for those who have devoted their hearts and great love to Vietnamese cuisine. All are present here to create a diverse and rich "feast of taste buds", said Mr. Duc Hung.

After trying the Cau Mong roasted veal (80,000 VND/portion) at a stall in the Central region's delicacies area, Tran Ngoc Thuy (40 years old), mother and daughter, living in Thu Duc City, Ho Chi Minh City, felt: "I have heard of Cau Mong roasted veal before, but this is the first time I have enjoyed the authentic Central region flavor right in the heart of Ho Chi Minh City. The roasted veal is just cooked, the skin is golden and crispy, the meat is soft and sweet, dipped in rich fish sauce and served with fresh green vegetables, all blending to create a very unique flavor. Today, my daughter and I had a wonderful culinary experience at this festival!".

Holding a plate of grilled chicken with mac khen and doi seeds that he just bought at a delicious food stall in Bac Kan province, then bringing it to his friends sitting at the table next to him, Mr. Huynh Gia Bao (28 years old), residing in Hiep Thanh Ward, District 12, Ho Chi Minh City, shared: "This is the third time I have participated in this Food Culture Festival. The reason I have participated continuously like this is because this is an event that only takes place once a year, so I do not want to miss out on the local specialties from all regions that converge here. That is why, not only did I participate, but I also invited dozens of friends to come here to enjoy the cuisine and traditional cultural performances of the Vietnamese people."

Stepping out of the Huong Sac Phuong Nam restaurant, Ms. Huynh Thi Thu Huyen (39 years old), along with a group of 3 friends, Ngoc Le, Thanh Hang and Thuy Van, tourists from Tan Dong Hiep Ward, Di An City, Binh Duong Province, with many delicious dishes in hand. Ms. Huyen shared: "I am really impressed with the rich, rustic flavors of Southern cuisine at this year's festival. In particular, the banh xeo dish really impressed me. The crispy crust, full filling with shrimp, meat, bean sprouts, served with raw vegetables and dipped in sweet and sour fish sauce. The feeling of biting into a golden banh xeo, hearing the crispy sound and feeling the fatty aroma is unforgettable. As for the sweet soup, it is sweet and the coconut milk is smooth. Coming to this festival not only helps me enjoy regional specialties but also brings an extremely wonderful experience!".

In order to increase the exchange and connection, Mr. Duc Hung also said: "Besides cuisine, the festival also brings many unique cultural and artistic activities such as: water puppetry, street magic circus, Thai xoe dance, Khmer monkey dance, Central Highlands gong performance of the Xo Dang ethnic group, traditional stone musical instruments, call and response singing...".
