Speaking at the opening of the session, comrade Le Quoc Chinh, Standing Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Chairman of the Provincial People's Council, Head of the Provincial National Assembly Delegation emphasized: In order to promptly meet the implementation of socio-economic development tasks in the province, this session, the Provincial People's Council will consider and decide on important groups of contents. He requested that the Provincial People's Council delegates uphold their sense of responsibility and actively discuss so that the Provincial People's Council can consider and decide on contents that ensure democracy, intelligence, solidarity and compliance with the law.
At the meeting , leaders of relevant departments and branches presented projects and draft resolutions in the fields of: Home Affairs, public investment, construction, natural resources and environment. The Provincial People's Council Committees presented reports on the results of the examination of projects and draft resolutions of the Provincial People's Committee submitted at the meeting. Discussing at the meeting, the Provincial People's Council delegates highly agreed with the content submitted by the Provincial People's Committee; affirming that many contents, mechanisms and policies are important legal bases to promptly and effectively resolve problems and difficulties arising in the province's practice. Also at the meeting, the Provincial People's Council considered and elected to the position of Provincial People's Committee Member for Colonel Nguyen Huu Manh, Director of the Provincial Police. With 57/57 votes in favor, reaching 100% of the delegates present in favor, Colonel Nguyen Huu Manh, Director of the Provincial Police, was elected as a member of the Provincial People's Committee for the 19th term, 2021-2026. The Provincial People's Council voted to pass 16 important resolutions in the fields of: Public Investment, Construction, Natural Resources and Environment, and Home Affairs. These are important legal bases for all levels and sectors of the province to implement; promptly meeting the requirements and tasks of socio-economic development. In his closing speech, Comrade Le Quoc Chinh, Standing Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Chairman of the Provincial People's Council , Head of the Provincial National Assembly Delegation affirmed : After a period of working with a spirit of urgency and seriousness, the session has completed the proposed content and program.
