Hilton honored as Best Workplace in Vietnam 2025

DNVN - Hilton (NYSE: HLT) has just been honored in the number one position in the list of Best Places to Work in Vietnam 2025, in the mid-sized enterprise category. This is the first time the hotel group has achieved the highest position in Vietnam, after winning the second position last year.

Presented by global research and consulting organization Great Place to Work®, this impressive achievement further solidifies Hilton’s position in the Southeast Asia region. Hilton was also recently named the best hotel company to work for in the Philippines.

This recognition comes at a time when the hospitality industry in Vietnam is experiencing unprecedented growth, attracting more and more people interested in and pursuing careers in this field. Hilton’s achievement once again affirms that its people-centric strategy has differentiated the brand, helping Hilton lead the way in attracting and retaining talent.

Hilton was named number one after coming in second last year.

To determine the list of Best Workplaces in Vietnam™ 2025, the global organization Great Place to Work® analyzed anonymous feedback data from more than 110,000 employees in various fields nationwide through two main tools: the Trust Index survey and the Culture Audit report.
