PSG completed the treble this season after winning the Champions League for the first time in their history. Previously, the French capital team won the Ligue 1 championship and the National Cup.

After the final whistle blew, across the stands of the Allianz Arena (Munich, Germany), 48,000 PSG fans celebrated enthusiastically but did not forget to send a meaningful message that made coach Enrique cry.
“PSG should have won the Champions League last season. We set out to make history at the start of the 2023-24 season, but today we did it.
"I don't know if this achievement can be called a masterpiece, but we had a great start. My team played very well and did not give Inter any breathing space. The only trophy missing from our cabinet was the Champions League and now we have it," coach Enrique said after the match.
The Spanish tactician burst into tears as PSG fans paid tribute to his late daughter in the club's most historic and important moment.

“My daughter is always here, always watching and motivating me to be able to win this. She loves to party and I wish we could raise the PSG flag together like we did with Barcelona,” coach Enrique said with a choked voice.
Xana, coach Enrique's daughter, passed away in 2019, at the age of 9, due to a rare bone cancer. This was a great pain for coach Enrique and his wife.
In 2015, when coach Enrique won the treble with Barcelona, he and little Xana planted the iconic flag of the Catalan team at the Olympic Stadium (Berlin, Germany) and celebrated. That touching image was recreated by fans with a large banner in the stands of the Allianz Arena, making the head coach of PSG cry.
Afterwards, the Spanish strategist quickly changed into a T-shirt with a drawing of him and his daughter Xana together planting the PSG flag, printed on the chest, and celebrated the team's historic championship.

The 5-0 win over Inter Milan was the biggest margin of victory in a Champions League final. PSG were dominant thanks to Desire Doue's two goals and one assist, while Khvicha Kvaratskhelia and Senny Mayulu scored the first and second goals of the game.
The victory made PSG the first French team to win the Champions League since Marseille did so in 1993.
With his treble-winning achievement with PSG, coach Enrique became the second person to win the treble with a European club on two different occasions, equaling the achievements of coach Pep Guardiola with Barcelona (2008-09) and Man City (2022-23).
