Attending the closing ceremony were VFF President Tran Quoc Tuan, VFF Executive Committee member Nguyen Tan Anh, VFF General Secretary Duong Nghiep Khoi, UEFA External Relations Director Eva Pasquier, UEFA Assist program consultants Larman Stuart Robert and Wilson Norman James, representatives of VPF, VFF affiliated units and 14 clubs participating in V-League 2023. In addition, Coach Troussier, many players of U.23 and the Vietnam national team were also guests of the event.

At the closing ceremony, Ms. Eva Pasquier shared: "In the past 4 days, I hope the sharing and exchange between the two sides will be useful. We have learned from each other and found effective solutions to support our country's football. We will have 6 more months to work with you. UEFA will also share with VFF, possibly organizing tournaments for young players to participate in. I hope that Vietnamese youth teams will come to Europe and participate in some tournaments in the near future, learning different playing styles."
Representing the clubs in V-League, Mr. Nguyen Quoc Tuan ( Binh Duong Club) thanked VFF and UEFA for creating opportunities for Vietnamese professional football teams to learn and acquire future football development directions.

Closing the closing ceremony, VFF President Tran Quoc Tuan affirmed: "Professional football with its first steps since 2000 until now has positively changed the face of Vietnamese football. Hopefully, with the amount of knowledge, information updated and exchanged by UEFA experts, it has brought valuable experiences to representatives of Vietnamese professional clubs. With the passion for developing professional football from UEFA, I hope the members here will actively acquire and absorb knowledge, helping Vietnamese football develop sustainably."
The Professional Football Development Workshop is a program under UEFA's support project for Vietnamese football. Over the 4-day workshop, participants were exposed to and shared experiences with practical contents on planning and implementation of organization, management, finance, branding, professional development, competition organization, revenue generation, etc. The workshop program is considered very meaningful in supporting the improvement of management and operation of professional tournaments for VPF as well as professional football clubs in Vietnam.
