HNX listed 35.4 million UXC shares on UPCoM on December 31.

NDO - Hanoi Stock Exchange (HNX) has just announced that on December 31, it will officially list 35.4 million UXC shares of Ut Xi Seafood Processing JSC for trading on the UPCoM market at HNX; the reference price on the first trading day is VND 4,700/share.


Ut Xi Seafood Processing JSC, stock code: UXC (address at No. 24, Provincial Road 934, Ha Bo Hamlet, Tai Van Commune, Tran De District, Soc Trang Province), formerly Ut Xi Seafood Processing Company Limited, established in 2002, with charter capital of 130 billion VND.

UXC operates mainly in the fields of: aquaculture, processing, exporting aquatic products and trading in all kinds of aquatic breeds; trading in chemicals and feed for aquaculture...; construction of civil and industrial works; leasing of motor vehicles (refrigerated vehicles).

The current charter capital of the enterprise is 295 billion VND.

Regarding production and business situation, in 2023, the enterprise recorded net revenue of more than 339.27 billion VND, after-tax loss of more than 84.41 billion VND.

In the third quarter of 2024, UXC recorded net revenue of more than VND 275 billion and after-tax loss of more than VND 15.48 billion.

Accumulated in the first 9 months of 2024, the enterprise lost more than 16.86 billion VND.

On December 31, Ut Xi Seafood Processing JSC will officially list 35.4 million UXC shares for the first trading session on the UPCoM market at HNX; the reference price on the first trading day is VND4,700/share.
