“Every March, when I pass by Tran Hung Dao Street, I eagerly look at the beautiful blooming bougainvillea bushes. And no matter how busy I am, I always take the time to capture these beautiful images that are not easily repeated over time,” shared Le Thai To Quyen, a student at Duy Tan University.
