In a shocking speech, Bilyk said that during the two weeks of the competition, she had to participate in activities from 8am to 11pm or even midnight. Notably, on one day she had to work from 3am to 11pm, while still having a high fever, with her temperature ranging from 37.5°C to 38.2°C for 11 consecutive days.

Her health condition was recorded by her personal doctor in Pattaya and the doctor at the Wyndham Jomtien Pattaya hotel, who also confirmed that her blood pressure had reached dangerous levels (142/90 and 151/90).

“Although MGI (Miss Grand International) was contractually obligated to protect my health, they posed a serious risk to my health and mental state,” Bilyk asserted. She accused the organizers of providing her with an unidentified pill that posed a risk of causing an allergic reaction. When she fainted, they did not call a doctor but forced her to continue working with a temperature of 38.5°C and a blood pressure of 151/90.

Not stopping there, Bilyk revealed that the organizers confiscated her passport for 3 days while she was in Cambodia, seriously violating her personal freedom of movement. She collected full evidence, including 52GB of videos , photos, receipts, documents, messages and work schedules, to prove the allegations.

In addition, Bilyk also said she and others received threatening calls and messages from MGI managers, violating personal rights and international law.

“Any attempt to spread false information or damage my reputation will face immediate legal action, including contacting the Thai police and Interpol,” she said.

Kateryna Bilyk asserts that she has the right to pursue legal action and demand financial compensation for the losses caused by the organizers.
