On this occasion, Miss Ha Truc Linh talked with reporters from Gia Lai Newspaper and Radio and Television, sharing her feelings about the natural scenery and hospitality of Gia Lai people.
PV : Hello Truc Linh, how many times have you been to Gia Lai? How did you feel when experiencing Eo Gio, Da Xanh road and Banh It tower?
Miss Vietnam Ha Truc Linh : This is the third time I have been to Gia Lai, each trip brings a new experience. The landmarks Eo Gio, Da Xanh road and Banh It tower, each place has its own unique attraction: Eo Gio is majestic, a place to watch the beautiful sunrise; Da Xanh road winds along the coast, both peaceful and unique; and Banh It tower has deep culture with ancient Champa architecture. The combination of majestic nature and cultural heritage has created a special attraction for tourism here.
PV: Before experiencing it directly , have you ever heard of these places? Besides exploring the beautiful scenery, what other experiences have you had in this land?
Miss Vietnam Ha Truc Linh: As a native of Phu Yen province (now Dak Lak province), I have heard a lot about the famous landmarks of our “neighbor” Gia Lai. However, only when I saw it with my own eyes did I truly feel the majestic beauty of nature and the depth of culture here, far beyond what I had ever imagined.
Not only was I fascinated by the scenery, I also had the opportunity to enjoy typical dishes such as jellyfish hotpot, tré, vermicelli with fish cakes, fish salad... each flavor left an unforgettable impression. What impressed me most was the friendliness, hospitality and enthusiasm of the people. For me, each trip is not only to discover more beautiful scenery, but also an opportunity to love and be more proud of my homeland, Vietnam.
PV: As Miss Vietnam 2024, how do you think you can contribute to promoting local tourism?
Miss Vietnam Ha Truc Linh: In my opinion, tourism is not only a journey of experience but also the most effective way to promote the cultural identity and beauty of the homeland and country. Through natural landscapes, cuisine, and heritage, tourists will understand and love the Vietnamese people more. I believe that every citizen can become a "tourism ambassador", contributing to spreading that beauty to domestic and foreign tourists.
Participating in this tourism promotion program, I, along with the top 5 Miss Vietnam 2024, Tourism and Environment Ambassador Pham Thuy Duong; top 5 Miss Vietnam 2024 Ho Ngoc Phuong Linh, conducted many activities of filming and taking photos at famous landmarks of Gia Lai. Through these activities, we hope to contribute to widely introducing to everyone the majestic natural beauty, unique culture and hospitable people of Gia Lai.
As Miss Vietnam, I hope to use my influence to become an “ambassador” to promote culture and tourism; accompany sustainable tourism development activities, preserve cultural identity and spread the good values of the country and people of Vietnam.
