For about a week, hundreds of purple mua flowers at the tea farm of Tang Vinh An Oolong Tea Company Limited (Village 7, Loc Quang Commune, Bao Lam District) have been blooming, adding purple color to the large tea farm. Every day, from early morning to late afternoon, the farm regularly attracts a large number of locals and tourists from all over to visit and explore .
From the center of Bao Loc city, in the direction of Dam Bri waterfall, it takes about 20 minutes by car or motorbike to reach the tea farm with rows of purple mua flowers.

According to a representative of the Tang Vinh An Oolong Tea Company, there are more than 300 purple mua flowers planted for more than 10 years along the embankment of the dozens of hectares of farm.

This is a purple muoi variety imported from Australia with the scientific name Melastoma candidum D.Don. Unlike muoi varieties in Vietnam, Australian purple muoi when mature has a stem taller than 3 meters and a canopy of 3 to 5 meters; the flowers are dark purple, with thick petals and are larger than the purple muoi varieties in Vietnam.

In previous years, purple mua flowers at this tea farm were also in full bloom, but this year, the flowers bloomed more brilliantly, attracting many locals and tourists, especially young people, to come and visit and take pictures completely free of charge.
Ms. Ngoc Linh, a tourist from Long An province, said: During my trip to Da Lat, I was surfing Facebook and was fascinated when I saw the image of hundreds of purple mua flowers blooming at the tea plantation. Therefore, on the way from Da Lat back to Long An, my friends and I decided to visit here. The whole group was surprised to see the beautiful mua flowers blooming. Even more special, hundreds of mua flowers bloomed right in the middle of the tea hill, so everyone felt poetic. Our group had a wonderful experience and recorded impressive moments.
