Hoai Duc: Land use plan for 2025 has 166 projects with a total area of ​​1,211.6 hectares

The City People's Committee has just issued Decision No. 2677/QD-UBND on adjusting and supplementing the 2025 Land Use Plan of Hoai Duc district.

According to the decision to adjust and supplement the 2025 land use plan, Hoai Duc district was approved by the City People's Committee in Decision No. 144/QD-UBND dated January 9, 2025 with the following content: Adjusting 1 project, land use area of ​​about 2.5 hectares and adding 42 projects with a total land use area of ​​about 370.71 hectares in the "List of works and projects implemented in the 2025 land use plan of Hoai Duc district".

Most of them are newly registered projects, such as: Flower garden, green trees combined with physical training and sports in Van Con commune; project to renovate and upgrade road DH04 (route from Minh Khai pumping station to Me Tao village intersection); construction to replace Van Con Secondary School; construction of Dong La 2 Primary School; construction to replace Van Con C Kindergarten; main road of Cat Que commune center; renovation and upgrade of T5 drainage canal phase 2 in Hoai Duc district...

In Decision No. 2677/QD-UBND, the number of projects and area stated in Clause 1, Article 1 of Decision No. 144/QD-UBND of the City People's Committee is adjusted to "166 projects with a total area of ​​1,211.6 hectares".

Other contents are implemented according to Decision No. 144/QD-UBND of the City People's Committee and current legal regulations. This Decision takes effect from the date of signing.
