On the morning of March 6, in Hanoi, comrade Nguyen Hoang Hiep, Standing Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee, Deputy Minister of Agriculture and Environment, had a working session with the Ministry's Party Committee Office to listen to a report on the plan and key tasks to be implemented in the coming time.
Reporting on some of the work contents of the advisory agencies assisting the Party Committee of the Ministry since its establishment and the key tasks in the coming time, comrade Nguyen Quoc Toan, Chief of the Office of the Party Committee of the Ministry of Agriculture and Environment, said that currently, the Office of the Party Committee of the Ministry has 3 comrades who have been appointed by the Standing Committee of the Party Committee of the Ministry. Some cadres of the Office of the Party Committee of the former Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Development and the Ministry of Natural Resources and Environment are currently temporarily continuing to perform the tasks of the Office of the Party Committee of the Ministry, waiting for a specific assignment decision.
Regarding the tasks that have been implemented, comrade Nguyen Quoc Toan said that the Office of the Party Committee of the Ministry has implemented the work of making the seal of the Party Committee of the Ministry, building a system of documents and archives according to regulations; registering the document account of the Party Committee of the Ministry linked to the electronic work file platform of the Ministry.
In addition, based on the Working Program of the Politburo, the Secretariat, the Government Party Committee, the Government's Working Program for 2025 and proposals of relevant agencies and units, advisory and supporting agencies have advised the Executive Committee and the Standing Committee of the Party Committee of the Ministry of Agriculture and Environment to draft the Working Program for 2025, including 05 regular conferences, 02 extraordinary conferences and possibly arranging a number of thematic conferences (if necessary) with 24 contents. The draft Working Program is currently being finalized and submitted to the Minister and Secretary of the Ministry's Party Committee for signing and promulgation.
Regarding the upcoming tasks, according to comrade Nguyen Quoc Toan, the Office of the Party Committee of the Ministry advises and proposes that the Standing Committee and the Standing Committee of the Party Committee of the Ministry consolidate the organization and complete the apparatus of the advisory and support agencies of the Party Committee of the Ministry; develop the Working Regulations of the advisory and support agencies of the Party Committee of the Ministry; and complete the organization and assign tasks of the Office of the Party Committee of the Ministry.

At the meeting, representatives of the Inspection Committee, Organizing Committee, Propaganda Committee, Trade Union, and Youth Union reported to the Deputy Minister on the organization and personnel situation of the Committees, the implementation of tasks in the past time and the tasks expected to be implemented in the coming time.
Also at the meeting, Comrade Ngo Hong Giang, Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee of the Ministry of Agriculture and Environment, spoke and suggested important directions for the Office of the Party Committee of the Ministry to implement in the coming time. Comrade Ngo Hong Giang said that this is an important stage, requiring high concentration and close coordination among comrades in the Office of the Party Committee of the Ministry to ensure that the Office's activities are smooth, in accordance with regulations, effective and highly practical.
One of the immediate key tasks that comrade Ngo Hong Giang mentioned is that the Party Committee Office needs to complete the construction and completion of working regulations. This is not only an orientation, but also an operating principle of the apparatus. In particular, each member needs to closely follow the working regulations of the Party Committee Executive Committee of the Ministry of Agriculture and Environment, ensuring the proper implementation of assigned functions and tasks.
Speaking at the meeting, Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee, Deputy Minister Nguyen Hoang Hiep highly appreciated the proactive and responsible spirit of the Ministry's Party Committee Office to ensure continuous and effective operations during the merger of the two ministries.
Emphasizing the operating principle of the Party Committee of the Ministry of Agriculture and Environment during the merger period, which is: "Do not interrupt political tasks due to other activities. All work must be ensured to be smooth according to instructions from top to bottom, and at the same time must be flexible and creative in performing tasks", Deputy Minister Nguyen Hoang Hiep requested the Party Committee Office to review all current regulations, rules and guiding documents. It is necessary to quickly identify documents that are still in effect, avoid duplication, and integrate overlapping contents to unify implementation.
The Deputy Minister especially emphasized the promulgation of the working regulations of the Party Committee Office, including: The operating regulations of the Party Committee Office and the working regulations of the specialized committees. These are important documents, determining the operational efficiency of the apparatus. Therefore, the Deputy Minister requested that the Ministry's Party Committee Office complete and promulgate them as soon as possible to ensure synchronous, smooth and unified operations.
Regarding the organization and personnel work, the Standing Deputy Secretary of the Ministry's Party Committee, Deputy Minister Nguyen Hoang Hiep requested the Ministry's Party Committee Office to clearly define the job position of each cadre, ensuring the principle of "right person, right job". Each cadre needs to be assigned specific tasks according to their functions, avoiding overlapping or missing work. At the same time, closely coordinate with mass organizations such as the Trade Union and Youth Union, closely following the instructions of superiors to rearrange the organization appropriately. The Deputy Minister requested the Party Committee Office to review and assign personnel to complete before March 10. In case of staff shortage, a list must be made and reported to superiors for timely supplementary plans.
One of the key tasks emphasized by Deputy Minister Nguyen Hoang Hiep is the preparation for Party Congresses at all levels. The Congress is a very important occasion to consolidate personnel organization, set out development directions for the new term. Therefore, the preparation work for the Congress must be methodical, thoughtful, and error-free.
