On February 16, Sports & Culture Newspaper (Vietnam News Agency) announced the official nomination list for the 2023 Dedication Award. With 4 nominations in the main categories, Hoang Thuy Linh is currently leading the nomination list for the 2023 Dedication Award.

The 2023 Dedication Awards include 45 nominations in 9 categories of the Music Dedication Awards and 11 nominations in 3 categories of the Sports Dedication Awards.
The Music Dedication Awards include the following categories: Song of the Year, Music Video of the Year, Show of the Year, Album of the Year, Producer of the Year, Musician of the Year, Male Singer of the Year, Female Singer of the Year, New Artist of the Year.
In addition to the 4 categories that are still maintained according to the voting method of reporters from newspapers and radio stations as before, in 2023, for the first time, the audience will be able to participate in voting for nominations in 5 categories: Song of the Year, Music Video of the Year, Male Singer of the Year, Female Singer of the Year, New Artist of the Year.
According to the organizers, female singer Hoang Thuy Linh is leading the list of nominations for the Music Dedication Awards, appearing in four nomination categories including Song of the Year, Music Video of the Year, Album of the Year and Female Singer of the Year.

Singer Thai Vu and singer Dinh Manh Ninh both received 3 nominations in the categories of Male Singer of the Year, Album of the Year, and Musician of the Year.
In the Producer of the Year category are famous names including: Huy Tuan, Khac Hung, Touliver, Nguyen Huu Vuong, DTAP.

The New Artist of the Year category is a fierce competition between names such as Tang Duy Tan, Mono, My Anh, Wren Evans, and Madihu.
