A. 100% tuition exemption
1.	People with meritorious services to the revolution and relatives of people with meritorious services to the revolution as prescribed in the Ordinance on preferential treatment for people with meritorious services to the revolution in Document No. 02/2020/UBTVQH14 dated December 9, 2020 of the Standing Committee of the National Assembly.	During the course	- Application for tuition exemption; - Certificate of revolutionary contributor or relative of revolutionary contributor; - Certified copy of Birth Certificate; - Certified copy of household registration book.
2.	Students with disabilities.	During the course	- Application for tuition exemption; - Certificate of disability or Decision on social allowance from the District People's Committee.
3.	Students are ethnic minorities from poor and near-poor households.	According to the time of the certificate of poor and near-poor households	- Application for tuition exemption; - Certified copy of Birth Certificate; - Certified copy of Certificate of poor or near-poor household issued by the People's Committee of the commune level.
4.	Ethnic minority students are very few. (La Hu, La Ha, Pa Then, Lu, Ngai, Chut, Lo Lo, Mang, Cong, Co Lao, Bo Y, Si La, Pu Peo, Ro Mam, Brau, O Du), in areas with difficult or especially difficult socio-economic conditions. B. 70% tuition reduction
6.	Students are ethnic minorities (except for very small ethnic minorities) in areas with especially difficult socio-economic conditions as prescribed by competent authorities.	During the course	- Application for tuition reduction; - Certified copy of permanent residence book or temporary residence registration certificate; - Certified copy of birth certificate.
C. 50% tuition reduction
7	Students who are children of officials, workers, or civil servants whose father or mother has had a work-related accident or occupational disease are entitled to regular benefits.	During the course	- Application for tuition reduction - Certified copy of monthly allowance book of father or mother who has occupational accident or disease issued by Social Insurance Organization; Certified copy of Birth Certificate.

Scholarships to encourage learning

For full-time students, the scholarship for Excellent students is 9,800,000 VND/semester, Good is 7,350,000 VND/semester and Fair is 4,900,000 VND/semester.
