A clip appeared on social media recording a scene of a male student being brutally beaten by a group of friends, attracting attention and causing public outrage. The victim was identified as NGB (11 years old), a 5th grade student at Vinh Quang Primary School.

The images in the clip show that, even though B. was kneeling and begging, the group of students continued to beat and kick him. A male student in a black shirt also used a long stick to repeatedly attack B.

The incident occurred on June 5, stemming from a personal conflict. The group of students involved included two 13-year-olds and one 11-year-old. During the assault, the 11-year-old student used his phone to record the entire incident.

B.'s family later discovered the incident, confiscated the phone with the clip recording the group of students' actions and reported it to the police.

On June 7, B.'s parents, out of frustration, posted information and a video on social media, attracting public attention.

On June 10, Vinh Quang Commune Police (Vinh Thanh District, Binh Dinh Province) said they are continuing to verify and handle the case of a 5th grade student in the area being assaulted by a group of friends. At the same time, they advised people not to share or spread false, unverified information about the incident to avoid negatively affecting students and the security and order situation in the area.
